Major restructuring of how streams work. Neither input nor output
streams are now blocking. This avoids stalling the rest of the client or
server when a peer is slow or unresponsive.

Note that this puts an extra burden on users of streams to make sure
they are allowed to do their work once the underlying transports are
ready (e.g. monitoring fds).

We removed support in the code ages ago, but overlooked this part of the
documentation. Also remove some dead code in Xvnc on the same theme.

This sets up a more correct session as there are key tasks that
need to be performed by PAM. E.g. systemd will allocate cgroups
and start base services.

In order to easily handle this as a system service the mapping of
displays is now done via a configuration file.

There might be multiple clients using a single IP (e.g. NAT), which
can make the blacklist do more harm than good. So add a setting to
disable it if needed.

Our main web site now supports https, so update all references.

Applets don't work anymore so remove everything that has to do
with serving them.

There were a bunch of parameters that weren't properly added to the
man pages when the features were added. Make sure everything is
properly in sync.

They share a lot of settings, so make sure the documentation is
identical in those cases.

The funcationality was removed in 6e49e95, so let's also clean up
the documentation referring to it.

It was previously controlled by vncconfig which had no restrictions,
so at least include the relevant settings in the default list of
overrides.

Also handle clipboard transactions from the server to the client
directly in the server without the help of vncconfig.

Xvnc does not understand -i as an alias to -interface anymore (since commit f8e3b34c69)
but it is still listed in the man page.

Fix man accordingly
