* 'event20' of https://github.com/dmethvin/jquery:
  Clean up comments, including browser support levels.
  Remove try/catch around focus events needed by oldIE.
  Remove obsolete event object fixups.
  Remove oldIE proprietary event methods/properties.
  Remove oldIE change and submit special-event code.
