Subject: [PATCH] Core: Add the uniqueId() and removeUniqueId() methods written
 by @scottgonzalez to provide a generalized way of generating and removing
 generated element id's. Also, added a unit test. Fixed #8361 - Add uniqueId()
 and removeUniqueId()
