When performing a release build, run the test-all target in junitModules.xml rather than the default one.
This causes the ajc tests to be run a second time, but has the advantage of creating the junit xml output files for the ajc tests - which are needed by cruise control. Since cruise control will be the dominant caller of this script, the extra overhead of running tests multiple times is acceptable.
