Add docs/dist/LICENSE-AspectJ.html to all public artifacts
The license file will be included right in the main directory of both
binary and source artifacts for
- AspectJ Matcher,
- AspectJ Runtime,
- AspectJ Weaver,
- AspectJ Tools (Compiler),
- AspectJ Installer.
Fixes #185.
