* Add Alpine package registry (#23714)KN4CK3R2023-05-122-0/+379
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | This PR adds an Alpine package registry. You can follow [this tutorial](https://wiki.alpinelinux.org/wiki/Creating_an_Alpine_package) to build a *.apk package for testing. This functionality is similar to the Debian registry (#22854) and therefore shares some methods. I marked this PR as blocked because it should be merged after #22854. ![grafik](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/1666336/227779595-b76163aa-eea1-4a79-9583-775c24ad74e8.png) --------- Co-authored-by: techknowlogick <techknowlogick@gitea.io> Co-authored-by: silverwind <me@silverwind.io> Co-authored-by: Giteabot <teabot@gitea.io>

| | | | | | | | Fixes #23771 Changes the display of different architectures for multiarch images to show the image size: ![grafik](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/1666336/228781477-cc76c4d1-4728-434f-8a27-fc008790d924.png)

* Add Chef package registry (#22554)KN4CK3R2023-02-062-0/+226
| | | | | | | | | | | | | This PR implements a [Chef registry](https://chef.io/) to manage cookbooks. This package type was a bit complicated because Chef uses RSA signed requests as authentication with the registry. ![grafik](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/1666336/213747995-46819fd8-c3d6-45a2-afd4-a4c3c8505a4a.png) ![grafik](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/1666336/213748145-d01c9e81-d4dd-41e3-a3cc-8241862c3166.png) Co-authored-by: Lunny Xiao <xiaolunwen@gmail.com>
* Add Cargo package registry (#21888)KN4CK3R2023-02-052-0/+255
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | This PR implements a [Cargo registry](https://doc.rust-lang.org/cargo/) to manage Rust packages. This package type was a little bit more complicated because Cargo needs an additional Git repository to store its package index. * Normalize NuGet package version on upload (#22186)KN4CK3R2022-12-202-1/+32
| | | | | | | | Fixes #22178 After this change upload versions with different semver metadata are treated as the same version and trigger a duplicated version error. Co-authored-by: Lunny Xiao <xiaolunwen@gmail.com>
* Replace fmt.Sprintf with hex.EncodeToString (#21960)Jason Song2022-11-282-14/+14
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | `hex.EncodeToString` has better performance than `fmt.Sprintf("%x", []byte)`, we should use it as much as possible. I'm not an extreme fan of performance, so I think there are some exceptions: - `fmt.Sprintf("%x", func(...)[N]byte())` - We can't slice the function return value directly, and it's not worth adding lines. ```diff func A()[20]byte { ... } - a := fmt.Sprintf("%x", A()) - a := hex.EncodeToString(A()[:]) // invalid + tmp := A() + a := hex.EncodeToString(tmp[:]) ``` - `fmt.Sprintf("%X", []byte)` - `strings.ToUpper(hex.EncodeToString(bytes))` has even worse performance.
* Implement FSFE REUSE for golang files (#21840)flynnnnnnnnnn2022-11-2740-80/+40

* Workaround for container registry push/pull errors (#21862)KN4CK3R2022-11-251-0/+7
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | This PR addresses #19586 I added a mutex to the upload version creation which will prevent the push errors when two requests try to create these database entries. I'm not sure if this should be the final solution for this problem. I added a workaround to allow a reupload of missing blobs. Normally a reupload is skipped because the database knows the blob is already present. The workaround checks if the blob exists on the file system. This should not be needed anymore with the above fix so I marked this code to be removed with Gitea v1.20. Co-authored-by: Lunny Xiao <xiaolunwen@gmail.com>
* Replace yaml.v2 with yaml.v3 (#21832)Jason Song2022-11-213-4/+4
| | | | I don't see why we have to use two versions of yaml. The difference between the two versions has nothing to do with our usage.
* Adjust gitea doctor --run storages to check all storage types (#21785)zeripath2022-11-151-0/+12

* npm package registry support for `bin` (#21372)eleith2022-10-083-1/+10
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Fix #21303 npm package.json supports binary packaging: https://docs.npmjs.com/cli/v8/configuring-npm/package-json#bin the npm registry documents that the binary references will be attached to the abbreviated version object: https://github.com/npm/registry/blob/master/docs/responses/package-metadata.md#abbreviated-version-object unfortunately their api documentation leaves this out: https://github.com/npm/registry/blob/master/docs/responses/package-metadata.md#abbreviated-version-objectdoc which is likely to be the reason this was left out in gitea's initial implementation this response is critical for npm to install the binary in the `.bin` folder so as to be included on the users default bin path, resulting in immediate access to any binaries provided by the package

* Allow non-semver packages in the Conan package registry (#20412)Gergely Nagy2022-07-222-4/+6
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | A lot of existing packages do not conform to SemVer, yet, they should be allowed in the Conan package registry as-is. To achieve this, remove the SemVer check from `NewRecipeReference`, and replace it with a simple empty string check. A unit test with a non-semver version is also included. Fixes #20405.
