* Move admin routers from /admin to /-/admin (#32189)Lunny Xiao2024-10-101-2/+2

* Move context from modules to services (#29440)Lunny Xiao2024-02-273-3/+3
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Since `modules/context` has to depend on `models` and many other packages, it should be moved from `modules/context` to `services/context` according to design principles. There is no logic code change on this PR, only move packages. - Move `code.gitea.io/gitea/modules/context` to `code.gitea.io/gitea/services/context` - Move `code.gitea.io/gitea/modules/contexttest` to `code.gitea.io/gitea/services/contexttest` because of depending on context - Move `code.gitea.io/gitea/modules/upload` to `code.gitea.io/gitea/services/context/upload` because of depending on context
* Use the database object format name but not read from git repoisitory ↵Lunny Xiao2024-02-241-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | everytime and fix possible migration wrong objectformat when migrating a sha256 repository (#29294) Now we can get object format name from git command line or from the database repository table. Assume the column is right, we don't need to read from git command line every time. This also fixed a possible bug that the object format is wrong when migrating a sha256 repository from external. <img width="658" alt="image" src="https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/assets/81045/6e9a9dcf-13bf-4267-928b-6bf2c2560423">
* Simplify how git repositories are opened (#28937)Lunny Xiao2024-01-271-1/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | ## Purpose This is a refactor toward building an abstraction over managing git repositories. Afterwards, it does not matter anymore if they are stored on the local disk or somewhere remote. ## What this PR changes We used `git.OpenRepository` everywhere previously. Now, we should split them into two distinct functions: Firstly, there are temporary repositories which do not change: ```go git.OpenRepository(ctx, diskPath) ``` Gitea managed repositories having a record in the database in the `repository` table are moved into the new package `gitrepo`: ```go gitrepo.OpenRepository(ctx, repo_model.Repo) ``` Why is `repo_model.Repository` the second parameter instead of file path? Because then we can easily adapt our repository storage strategy. The repositories can be stored locally, however, they could just as well be stored on a remote server. ## Further changes in other PRs - A Git Command wrapper on package `gitrepo` could be created. i.e. `NewCommand(ctx, repo_model.Repository, commands...)`. `git.RunOpts{Dir: repo.RepoPath()}`, the directory should be empty before invoking this method and it can be filled in the function only. #28940 - Remove the `RepoPath()`/`WikiPath()` functions to reduce the possibility of mistakes. --------- Co-authored-by: delvh <dev.lh@web.de>
* Fix: system webhooks API bug (#28531)vincent2023-12-311-6/+17
| | | | - Fix the bug about admin/hooks API that `GET /admin/hooks` can only fetch system_hooks, `POST /admin/hooks` can only create default_hooks.
* Improve ObjectFormat interface (#28496)Lunny Xiao2023-12-191-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | The 4 functions are duplicated, especially as interface methods. I think we just need to keep `MustID` the only one and remove other 3. ``` MustID(b []byte) ObjectID MustIDFromString(s string) ObjectID NewID(b []byte) (ObjectID, error) NewIDFromString(s string) (ObjectID, error) ``` Introduced the new interfrace method `ComputeHash` which will replace the interface `HasherInterface`. Now we don't need to keep two interfaces. Reintroduced `git.NewIDFromString` and `git.MustIDFromString`. The new function will detect the hash length to decide which objectformat of it. If it's 40, then it's SHA1. If it's 64, then it's SHA256. This will be right if the commitID is a full one. So the parameter should be always a full commit id. @AdamMajer Please review.
* Adjust object format interface (#28469)Lunny Xiao2023-12-171-1/+1
| | | | | | | - Remove `ObjectFormatID` - Remove function `ObjectFormatFromID`. - Use `Sha1ObjectFormat` directly but not a pointer because it's an empty struct. - Store `ObjectFormatName` in `repository` struct
* Abstract hash function usage (#28138)Adam Majer2023-12-131-8/+9
| | | | | | Refactor Hash interfaces and centralize hash function. This will allow easier introduction of different hash function later on. This forms the "no-op" part of the SHA256 enablement patch.
* Use db.Find instead of writing methods for every object (#28084)Lunny Xiao2023-11-241-7/+2

* New webhook trigger for receiving Pull Request review requests (#24481)谈笑风生间2023-05-241-19/+21
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | close https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/issues/16321 Provided a webhook trigger for requesting someone to review the Pull Request. Some modifications have been made to the returned `PullRequestPayload` based on the GitHub webhook settings, including: - add a description of the current reviewer object as `RequestedReviewer` . - setting the action to either **review_requested** or **review_request_removed** based on the operation. - adding the `RequestedReviewers` field to the issues_model.PullRequest. This field will be loaded into the PullRequest through `LoadRequestedReviewers()` when `ToAPIPullRequest` is called. After the Pull Request is merged, I will supplement the relevant documentation.
* Decouple the different contexts from each other (#24786)wxiaoguang2023-05-211-5/+6
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Replace #16455 Close #21803 Mixing different Gitea contexts together causes some problems: 1. Unable to respond proper content when error occurs, eg: Web should respond HTML while API should respond JSON 2. Unclear dependency, eg: it's unclear when Context is used in APIContext, which fields should be initialized, which methods are necessary. To make things clear, this PR introduces a Base context, it only provides basic Req/Resp/Data features. This PR mainly moves code. There are still many legacy problems and TODOs in code, leave unrelated changes to future PRs.
* Add user webhooks (#21563)KN4CK3R2023-03-101-21/+68

* Improve utils of slices (#22379)Jason Song2023-01-111-17/+17
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | - Move the file `compare.go` and `slice.go` to `slice.go`. - Fix `ExistsInSlice`, it's buggy - It uses `sort.Search`, so it assumes that the input slice is sorted. - It passes `func(i int) bool { return slice[i] == target })` to `sort.Search`, that's incorrect, check the doc of `sort.Search`. - Conbine `IsInt64InSlice(int64, []int64)` and `ExistsInSlice(string, []string)` to `SliceContains[T]([]T, T)`. - Conbine `IsSliceInt64Eq([]int64, []int64)` and `IsEqualSlice([]string, []string)` to `SliceSortedEqual[T]([]T, T)`. - Add `SliceEqual[T]([]T, T)` as a distinction from `SliceSortedEqual[T]([]T, T)`. - Redesign `RemoveIDFromList([]int64, int64) ([]int64, bool)` to `SliceRemoveAll[T]([]T, T) []T`. - Add `SliceContainsFunc[T]([]T, func(T) bool)` and `SliceRemoveAllFunc[T]([]T, func(T) bool)` for general use. - Add comments to explain why not `golang.org/x/exp/slices`. - Add unit tests.
* Remove old HookEventType (#22358)Jason Song2023-01-061-35/+35

* Restructure `webhook` module (#22256)delvh2023-01-011-6/+6
| | | | | | | | | | | | Previously, there was an `import services/webhooks` inside `modules/notification/webhook`. This import was removed (after fighting against many import cycles). Additionally, `modules/notification/webhook` was moved to `modules/webhook`, and a few structs/constants were extracted from `models/webhooks` to `modules/webhook`. * Move `convert` package to services (#22264)KN4CK3R2022-12-292-2/+2
| | | | | | | | | | Addition to #22256 The `convert` package relies heavily on different models which is [disallowed by our definition of modules](https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/blob/main/CONTRIBUTING.md#design-guideline). This helps to prevent possible import cycles. Co-authored-by: Lunny Xiao <xiaolunwen@gmail.com>

* Add Webhook authorization header (#20926)oliverpool2022-11-031-6/+46
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | _This is a different approach to #20267, I took the liberty of adapting some parts, see below_ ## Context In some cases, a weebhook endpoint requires some kind of authentication. The usual way is by sending a static `Authorization` header, with a given token. For instance: - Matrix expects a `Bearer <token>` (already implemented, by storing the header cleartext in the metadata - which is buggy on retry #19872) - TeamCity #18667 - Gitea instances #20267 - SourceHut https://man.sr.ht/graphql.md#authentication-strategies (this is my actual personal need :) ## Proposed solution Add a dedicated encrypt column to the webhook table (instead of storing it as meta as proposed in #20267), so that it gets available for all present and future hook types (especially the custom ones #19307). This would also solve the buggy matrix retry #19872. As a first step, I would recommend focusing on the backend logic and improve the frontend at a later stage. For now the UI is a simple `Authorization` field (which could be later customized with `Bearer` and `Basic` switches): ![2022-08-23-142911](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/3864879/186162483-5b721504-eef5-4932-812e-eb96a68494cc.png) The header name is hard-coded, since I couldn't fine any usecase justifying otherwise. ## Questions - What do you think of this approach? @justusbunsi @Gusted @silverwind - ~~How are the migrations generated? Do I have to manually create a new file, or is there a command for that?~~ - ~~I started adding it to the API: should I complete it or should I drop it? (I don't know how much the API is actually used)~~ ## Done as well: - add a migration for the existing matrix webhooks and remove the `Authorization` logic there _Closes #19872_ Co-authored-by: Lunny Xiao <xiaolunwen@gmail.com> Co-authored-by: Gusted <williamzijl7@hotmail.com> Co-authored-by: delvh <dev.lh@web.de>
* Webhook for Wiki changes (#20219)Aaron F2022-09-041-0/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Add support for triggering webhook notifications on wiki changes. This PR contains frontend and backend for webhook notifications on wiki actions (create a new page, rename a page, edit a page and delete a page). The frontend got a new checkbox under the Custom Event -> Repository Events section. There is only one checkbox for create/edit/rename/delete actions, because it makes no sense to separate it and others like releases or packages follow the same schema. ![image](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/121972/177018803-26851196-831f-4fde-9a4c-9e639b0e0d6b.png) The actions itself are separated, so that different notifications will be executed (with the "action" field). All the webhook receivers implement the new interface method (Wiki) and the corresponding tests. When implementing this, I encounter a little bug on editing a wiki page. Creating and editing a wiki page is technically the same action and will be handled by the ```updateWikiPage``` function. But the function need to know if it is a new wiki page or just a change. This distinction is done by the ```action``` parameter, but this will not be sent by the frontend (on form submit). This PR will fix this by adding the ```action``` parameter with the values ```_new``` or ```_edit```, which will be used by the ```updateWikiPage``` function. I've done integration tests with matrix and gitea (http). ![image](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/121972/177018795-eb5cdc01-9ba3-483e-a6b7-ed0e313a71fb.png) Fix #16457 Signed-off-by: Aaron Fischer <mail@aaron-fischer.net>

| | | | | | | | | | | | | Reusing `/api/v1` from Gitea UI Pages have pros and cons.
