If archived label checkbox is checked then we are adding a query string`archived=true` in the url to save the state of page. * Issue filter actions menu is separated into different template. * Adding the archived flag in issue url labels. * Pull Request page is also work the same. Outsourced: * Defer the implementation of specialized handling for archived labels to upcoming pull requests. This step will be undertaken subsequent to the successful merge of this pull request. Since we now have `ctx.Locale.Tr` which solves that problem, clean up various templates which pass `locale` through `dict` or use some weird constructions like `$.root.locale` Going on, it would be great to replace every case of `$.locale.Tr` and `.locale.Tr` with `ctx.Locale.Tr`, but that needs to be done with patience. The `flex-item-baseline` and `.flex-item-icon svg { margin-top: 1px }` seem to be a tricky patch, they don't resolve the root problem, and still cause misalignment in some cases. * The root problem is: the "icon" needs to align with the sibling "title" * So, make the "icon" and the "title" both have the same height 3. `flex-text-inline` could only be used if the element is really "inline", otherwise its `vertical-align` would make the box size change. It consists of a horizontal card with a leading, main and trailing part: ![grafik](https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/assets/47871822/395dd3f3-3906-4481-8f65-be6ac0acbe03) The idea behind it is that in Gitea UI, we have many cases where we use this kind of layout, but it is achieved in many different ways: - grid layout - `.ui.list` with additional hacky flexbox - `.ui.key.list` - looks to me like a style set originally created for ssh/gpg key list, was used in many other places - `.issue.list` - created for issue cards, used in many other places - ... This new style is based on `.issue.list`, specifically the refactoring of it done in #25750. In this PR, the new element is introduced and lots of templates are being refactored to use that style. This allows to remove a lot of page-specific css, makes many of the elements responsive or simply provides a cleaner/better-looking way to present information. | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | So I found this [linter](https://github.com/Riverside-Healthcare/djlint) which features a mode for go templates, so I gave it a try and it did find a number of valid issue, like unbalanced tags etc. It also has a number of bugs, I had to disable/workaround many issues. Given that this linter is written in python, this does add a dependency on `python` >= 3.8 and `poetry` to the development environment to be able to run this linter locally. - `e.g.` prefixes on placeholders are removed because the linter had a false-positive on `placeholder="e.g. cn=Search"` for the `attr=value` syntax and it's not ideal anyways to write `e.g.` into a placeholder because a placeholder is meant to hold a sample value. - In `templates/repo/settings/options.tmpl` I simplified the logic to not conditionally create opening tags without closing tags because this stuff confuses the linter (and possibly the reader as well).

I have now tested this 601 weight on a Windows 10 machine on Firefox myself, and I immediately noticed that bold was excessivly bold and rendering as 700 because browsers are biased towards bolder fonts. So revert this back to the previous value.

I see this as a graceful degradation in unsupporting browsers.
