* Use `crypto/sha256` (#29386)KN4CK3R2024-02-251-1/+1
| | | | | | | | Go 1.21 improved the performance of `crypto/sha256`. It's now similar to `minio/sha256-simd`, so we should just use the standard libs. https://go.dev/doc/go1.21#crypto/sha256 https://go-review.googlesource.com/c/go/+/408795 https://github.com/multiformats/go-multihash/pull/173
* Prevent anonymous container access if `RequireSignInView` is enabled (#28877)KN4CK3R2024-01-211-0/+9
| | | | | Fixes #28875 If `RequireSignInView` is enabled, the ghost user has no access rights.
* Convert to url auth to header auth in tests (#28484)KN4CK3R2023-12-211-105/+105

* Replace assert.Fail with assert.FailNow (#27578)Nanguan Lin2023-10-111-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | assert.Fail() will continue to execute the code while assert.FailNow() not. I thought those uses of assert.Fail() should exit immediately. PS: perhaps it's a good idea to use [require](https://pkg.go.dev/github.com/stretchr/testify/require) somewhere because the assert package's default behavior does not exit when an error occurs, which makes it difficult to find the root error reason.

* Use minio/sha256-simd for accelerated SHA256 (#23052)zeripath2023-02-221-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | minio/sha256-simd provides additional acceleration for SHA256 using AVX512, SHA Extensions for x86 and ARM64 for ARM. It provides a drop-in replacement for crypto/sha256 and if the extensions are not available it falls back to standard crypto/sha256. --------- Signed-off-by: Andrew Thornton <art27@cantab.net> Co-authored-by: John Olheiser <john.olheiser@gmail.com>
* Use import of OCI structs (#22765)KN4CK3R2023-02-061-8/+8
| | | | | | Fixes #22758 Otherwise we would need to rewrite the structs in `oci.go`.
* Support scoped access tokens (#20908)Chongyi Zheng2023-01-171-1/+4
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | This PR adds the support for scopes of access tokens, mimicking the design of GitHub OAuth scopes. The changes of the core logic are in `models/auth` that `AccessToken` struct will have a `Scope` field. The normalized (no duplication of scope), comma-separated scope string will be stored in `access_token` table in the database. In `services/auth`, the scope will be stored in context, which will be used by `reqToken` middleware in API calls. Only OAuth2 tokens will have granular token scopes, while others like BasicAuth will default to scope `all`. A large amount of work happens in `routers/api/v1/api.go` and the corresponding `tests/integration` tests, that is adding necessary scopes to each of the API calls as they fit. - [x] Add `Scope` field to `AccessToken` - [x] Add access control to all API endpoints - [x] Update frontend & backend for when creating tokens - [x] Add a database migration for `scope` column (enable 'all' access to past tokens) I'm aiming to complete it before Gitea 1.19 release. Fixes #4300

* Workaround for container registry push/pull errors (#21862)KN4CK3R2022-11-251-0/+28
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | This PR addresses #19586 I added a mutex to the upload version creation which will prevent the push errors when two requests try to create these database entries. I'm not sure if this should be the final solution for this problem. I added a workaround to allow a reupload of missing blobs. Normally a reupload is skipped because the database knows the blob is already present. The workaround checks if the blob exists on the file system. This should not be needed anymore with the above fix so I marked this code to be removed with Gitea v1.20. Co-authored-by: Lunny Xiao <xiaolunwen@gmail.com>
* Fix package access for admins and inactive users (#21580)KN4CK3R2022-10-241-0/+4
| | | | | | | | I noticed an admin is not allowed to upload packages for other users because `ctx.IsSigned` was not set. I added a check for `user.IsActive` and `user.ProhibitLogin` too because both was not checked. Tests enforce this now. Co-authored-by: Lauris BH <lauris@nix.lv>
* Add GET and DELETE endpoints for Docker blob uploads (#21367)KN4CK3R2022-10-071-2/+38
