Merge branch 'stable-5.3' into stable-5.4

* stable-5.3:
  Run JMH benchmarks using bazel
  Benchmark for creating files and FileSnapshots
  Implement benchmark for looking up FileStore of a given Path
  JMH benchmark for SimpleLruCache
  Update API problem filters
  Remove unused API problem filters
  Silence API errors for new API added since 5.1.0
