* Delete the iplog generatorMatthias Sohn2013-01-098-564/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | It stopped working when we moved to the Eclipse foundation's Gerrit server since it doesn't use the Gerrit internal user store but LDAP. Instead, since 2.0, we use the Eclipse foundation's automatic IP log generator [1] to generate IP logs for releasing jgit and egit. * Do not warn about non-translated strings in the iplog generatorRobin Rosenberg2012-11-251-1/+1
| | | | | | | This module is used by very few people so translation is not a priority and hence we need no warnings about untranslated strings. Change-Id: I11be2e9903583d1a3dade7bf3d5eb77a30152b7c
* Harmonize the JDT settings within JGitRobin Rosenberg2012-11-164-10/+68
| | | | | | | | | | | Note the the settings are slightly less restrictive for test bundles. -Also cleanup a couple of malformed javadocs -Update compiler warnings/errors to include default values from Juno -We now flag diagnosed null dereference as error. We didn't do that earlier because of some false positives. Change-Id: I58386d63164e65d3d8d1998da3390d99bdc7381a Signed-off-by: Chris Aniszczyk <zx@twitter.com>
* Enforce the use of Java5 API:s only (with a few exceptions)Robin Rosenberg2011-12-162-1/+95
| | | | | | | | | | | | This only works with Eclipse 3.6 and newer and requires installation of new package. Documentation is not very good, but there is a blog about it here: http://eclipseandjazz.blogspot.com/2011/10/of-invalid-references-to-system.html API checking is especially useful on OS X where Java5 is not readily available. * Generate an Eclipse IP log with jgit eclipse-iplogShawn O. Pearce2010-01-295-0/+404
The new plugin contains the bulk of the logic to scan a Git repository, and query IPZilla, in order to produce an XML formatted IP log for the requested revision of any Git based project. This plugin is suitable for embedding into a servlet container, or into the Eclipse workbench. The command line pgm package knows how to invoke this plugin through the eclipse-iplog subcommand, permitting storage of the resulting log as a local XML file.
