[MRM-1330] refactor access around the concept of a "repository session". See Javadoc for some notes. This should be a single entry point for application users of either the metadata repository, resolution, or storage access. The session needs to be explicitly closed (and modifications saved) to facilitate some storage mechanisms.

* Implemented Webdav properties, including copy/move/delete operations
* Unit tested the DavResourceLocator and DavLocatorFactory implementations (More tests on the way)

some updates to the reports base and tests
- simplify the result classes
- we need a factory component for the query layer, because the query layer needs a repository
- added a mock implementation of the reporter (removed the "default" one which is the same)
- added a default repository query interface that uses the file system
- add a test for the metadata versions not matching the repo
- add some comments
