Switching repository admin and dependent classes to RepositoryRegistry
RepositoryRegistry is used for indexing context now. There is still more work to do
to move the maven dependent parts into its own projects and update the dependencies.
Fixing metadata removal. Adding mocks for verification.
- Prevent redundant removals for same artifacts
- Adding metadata removal for each file removal
- Adding mock verifications for metadata removal in unit tests

[MRM-1504] Add a new module for repository administration management
split the repo admin in two modules : api and default implementation (to be able to more easily change the impl).
Use the repo admin api consumers and indexing modules.

[MRM-1330] refactor access around the concept of a "repository session". See Javadoc for some notes. This should be a single entry point for application users of either the metadata repository, resolution, or storage access. The session needs to be explicitly closed (and modifications saved) to facilitate some storage mechanisms.
MRM-1081 - Archiva model should be updated so that the ARTIFACT table includes repositoryId as a primary key

Fixed unit tests for RepositoryPurge as they were non-repeatable in an IDE environment.
Corrected the assumption that a Managed Repository is the same as a Local Repository. (re: maven-metadata-local.xml)
Streamlined asserts to be more clear .assertExists() .assertDeleted() when reading code and when error message is created.
Removed jdom direct usage in unit tests in favor of XMLUnit.
