Minor changes to the FAQ

Change 0.94 to 0.95 in links
Adapt Opinion about 1.0 release data
Mentioned support for keep-* in recent FOP releases
Fixed FIXME in last Q regarding alternative XML/XSLT stuff
Some minor changes related to 0,94 vs. 0,95 release in some places
Additional minor formatting changes to the XML source
