Removed the FO document pre-processing step that was adding ptr and creating a reduced FO tree.
* Removed addPtr.xsl and reduceFOTree.xsl
* Implemented Common Accessibility properties on objects that support them
* Added a special implementation of FOEventHandler to build the structure tree
* Added mockito library and its dependencies
* Added mocks for some FO nodes and properties
* Removed FOTreeUnitTester and converted it into a re-usable FODocumentParser class
* Re-worked table FO test cases accordingly

Restored ColorExt after removing it from XML Graphics Commons again.
Moved GrayScaleColorConverter as a package-local class from XGC to the AFP package (doesn't require deprecation when we can put the functionality in XGC later with the new color infrastructure).

Fixes GUMP build problems, the automated e-mail was starting to annoy so I scratched an itch :).
* Updated xmlgraphics-commons to trunk version.
* Fixed ImageRendered constructor call in PDFGraphics2D and AFPGraphics2D to be compatible with the new parameter that has been added in xmlgraphics-commons.

Added a custom text painter for rendering SVG text using text operators when rendering to PostScript or EPS. Text is no longer painted as shapes, thus creating much smaller files.

Added XMLUnit 1.2 as we've already got many other build-only third-parties in lib/build and adding XMLUnit makes FOP easier to set up in an IDE.

This is a better fix which will cater for the case where the first character encountered is the EOF (-1) character. EOF test now only occurs when loop is exit so this should execute more efficiently.
