Directly use FOP fonts to lay out SVG images for PDF, PS and AFP outputs.
The metrics are now taken from FOP configured fonts and no longer from AWT equivalents. That avoids discrepancies in case AWT and FOP use slightly different fonts, or if the font is not installed on the system. That actually also avoids having to install the font on the system.
FOP is also used for the primary layout of text (prior to SVG-specific transforms like translation or rotation) for consistency between SVG and XSL-FO.

Changed many variables and parameters from "int" to "char" because AFP font support mostly uses Unicode code points unlike Type 1 and TrueType support which use internal character code points (the result of Font.mapChar()). This should improve code readability.
Added support for AFP font embedding. Note: this changes the default behaviour. Like with PDF and PS, all fonts are embedded by default unless matched in the "referenced-fonts" section in the configuration.
Added support for embedding external AFP form maps (form defs) using the afp:include-form-map extension.
Fixed a small problem with AFP-related events.
DefaultFOPResourceAccessor got a fallback to the user agent's base URI if no category base URI is specified.

All AFP library classes without Renderer dependencies moved from org.apache.fop.renderer.afp.* to org.apache.fop.afp.*.
AbstractNamedAFPObject now truncates names to the last x characters of the name string instead of the first x (where x is the name length of the structured field).
Removed redundant package org.apache.fop.store.

Some TrueType fonts have multiple font family names which we haven't extracted so far. All these names are now exposed as a Set of Strings.
An example: Futura Book BT has two font families: Futura (Mac platform) and Futura Bk BT (Windows platform).

Improved font auto-detection and handling of AWT-supplied fonts in order to achieve better results when using multiple output formats. Whenever possible, the font names appearing in the operating system can also be used in XSL-FO.
Better distinction between Font Family Name ("Arial"), Full Font Name ("Arial Bold") and PostScript Name ("Arial-BoldMT"). This allows a better generation of FontTriplets. The same is done for AWT fonts where I have switch from font-family detection to enumerating all java.awt.Font instances so I can extract Family Name, Full Name and PostScript Name. FontInfoFinder and AWT's FontSetup are synchronized as well as possible at this time.
Register "extra-bold" (weight 800) and "light" (weight 200) in triplets when detected.
Tweaked FontInfo.fontLookup() for better fallback behaviour. This approach is rapidly nearing its flexibility limits. We should rethink the FontTriplet structure.
Fixed font-autodetection so fonts with uppercase extensions are detected, too.
Made the way TrueType fonts are embedded in PDF compliant to the specification so viewers correctly identify subset fonts. The name prefix in MultiByteFont was incorrect.
Support the detection of the special Type 1 Symbol font. Symbol used to be detected with "ExpertSubsetEncoding" instead of "SymbolEncoding".
Type1FontLoader tries to construct a "full name" from the PostScript name. This is a temporary hack until we have a PFB or PFA parser.

Some cleanup of the AFP Renderer code (tab char removal and a few other things). Changed AFP extension namespace to http://xmlgraphics.apache.org/fop/extensions/afp. Added another missing file.
