1.) Deprecation of most constructors in XSLTInputHandler in favor of JAXP.
2.) Removal of unused transformer member variable in XSLTInputHandler.
3.) Partial modifications -- code from Xalan project -- in order to be
able to handle command line parameters for XSLT stylesheet. (Changes
still needed in XSLTInputHandler.getXMLFilter() -- unsure how to set
parameters to an XMLFilter.

Support for 'results' attribute on 'test' element, used by NIST suite.
Explicit close the output file, otherwise the file has a length of 0
when the files are compared (on windows).
Added -d option to enable debug output.

Moved the interfaces into the Constants class on a trial basis (we may still
choose to remove them in favor of strictly using Constants.) Two interfaces
(span and position) were removed because of conflicts with other class names.
The interface generation was moved into Constants.xsl, which is run manually
via the XsltToJava ant task and its output is then checked in. As a result,
no more autogeneration of these interfaces at build time will be done.

New feature for the Ant task: relativebase="true" uses the directory of each FO-file in a fileset as basedir. This is in contrast to the general basedir parameter.

1. FOPTaskStarter separated from Starter class (was not using latter's InputHandler).
2. CommandLineStarter made a top-level class, and abstract Starter class removed.
(only one starter being used for command line, regardless of renderer.)

Created a new overloaded method Driver.render(InputHandler), simplifies internal calls to the Driver class by centralizing parser initialization and InputSource extraction.
Revert refactoring of Driver to Session. Files affected should be identical to that which is two revisions earlier (e.g. if 1.3 is being checked in here, it should be identical to 1.1).
2. Fix all references to use Session instead of Driver.
3. Keep contents of "Services" class, but remove the class definition itself so that it can be used by both Driver and Session.
4. Deprecate Driver.
