The pipeline code now converts single-use raw images to reusable raw images when possible. But there's nothing built in to restrict the image size to a maximum, yet. Improved JPEG preloader so it can stop early an deal with images that have to APP0 segment. Images from digicams are such an example. They carry the resolution info in the EXIF block which is currently not interpreted. Jeremias Maerki	de718914ca	Fixed a memory-leak: The FO tree part of a page-sequence was not released when a page-sequence was finished. Added a "MemoryEater" debug helper which can replicate page-sequences of a regular FO file using the fo-replicator.xsl. Without the fix a JVM set to the normal 64MB heap size throws an OutOfMemoryError when replicating readme.fo 150 times. With the fix the memory consumption doesn't go above 10MB for the 1350 pages. In the XML "nr" is now "formatted-nr" and "nr" is now the integer value. This doesn't have any impact on our layout engine tests as we don't seem to use a non-default for page numbers. Make the current PageViewport available to XMLHandler through the RenderContext. Jeremias Maerki	e3262c749a	breaks supported on tables, table-row and table-cell content now. Cheap approach for now. TableContentLM is not yet restartable, but the Breaker handles that pretty well. Jeremias Maerki	84e1ae6512	Page breaking process now respects changing available BPD (not IPD) over multiple pages. PageSequenceMaster allows backtracking.
