The pipeline code now converts single-use raw images to reusable raw images when possible. But there's nothing built in to restrict the image size to a maximum, yet. Improved JPEG preloader so it can stop early an deal with images that have to APP0 segment. Images from digicams are such an example. They carry the resolution info in the EXIF block which is currently not interpreted. Provide the TABLE_UNITS base value through the PrecentageBaseContext.
Remove the LayoutDimension mechanism entirely. This fixes a problem with proportional-column-width() in nested tables. Support for percentages in property expression.
The different length properties all implement a Length interface and all clients of the property subsystem must use the Length interface when retrieving lengths. The two different numerics (absolute and relative) both implement a Numeric interface and all property calculations are done in terms of the Numeric interface. Lengths can be cast to numeric and can thus participate in expresions and numerics can be cast to length (when dimension is 1) and can thus be used as a length by the clients. The call to Length.getValue() will cause relative lengths to be resolved against their base length, and care must be taken to ensure that getLength() is only called after all baselength has been assigned to the FO elements. Partial implementation of keep-with-next (doesn't yet remove area from previous page when fo is moved to next page to ensure keep). The layout method on each FO now returns a Status object rather than an int to allow for more information to be passed back in the future.
