This is a better fix which will cater for the case where the first character encountered is the EOF (-1) character. EOF test now only occurs when loop is exit so this should execute more efficiently.

Output filenames with a space resulted in "%20" in the generated file. Looks like a bug in Xalan-J.
We now open the OutputStream ourselves. The two practically identical write methods pulled up into the abstract base class.

1.) Moving renderer-specific customization variables (producer, creator, create date) to FOUserAgent, those renderers which can work with these values can read them from passed-in FOUserAgent instance.
