groovy.jenkinsGitbaseurl in gitblit.properties or web.xml can
override the http default protocol

The previous 'triggerUrl' version causes a response similar to 'No git jobs using repository: http://gitblit-host/gitblit/git/repo.git'. The wroking url is 'http://gitblit-host/gitblit/r/repo.git'.
I also added brackets to improve readability

This is a massive commit which reorganizes the entire project structure
(although it is still monolithic), removes the Build classes, and
switches to Moxie, a smarter Ant build tookit based on the original
Gitblit Build classes.

The Ant build script will likely require additional fine-tuning, but
this is big step forward.
