* Refactor `i18n` to `locale`

- Currently we're using the `i18n` variable naming for the `locale`
struct. This contains locale's specific information and cannot be used
for general i18n purpose, therefore refactoring it to `locale` makes
more sense.

The content_type value was defaulting to the string value of the
ContentType, not the integer value as expected by the backend.

1. Indents both HTML containers such as <div>, <p> and Go HTML template blocks
   such as {{if}} {{with}}

2. Cleans all trailing white-space

3. Adds trailing last line-break to each file
