  10. licence to use the Information for Non-Commercial purposes only subject to
  11. the conditions below.
  12. This licence does not affect your freedom under fair dealing or fair use or

  67. Governing Law
  68. This licence is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Information
  69. Provider has its principal place of business, unless otherwise specified by
  70. the Information Provider.
  71. Definitions
  72. In this licence the terms below have the following meanings:
  73. 'Information' means information protected by copyright or by database right
  74. (for example, literary and artistic works, content, data and source code)
  75. offered for use under the terms of this licence.
  76. 'Information Provider' means the person or organisation providing the Information
  77. under this licence.
  78. 'Licensor' means any Information Provider which has the authority to offer
  79. Information under the terms of this licence or the Keeper of the Public Records,
  80. who has the authority to offer Information subject to Crown copyright and
  81. Crown database rights and Information subject to copyright and database right
  82. that has been assigned to or acquired by the Crown, under the terms of this
  83. licence.
  84. 'Non-Commercial purposes' means not intended for or directed toward commercial
  85. advantage or private monetary compensation. For the purposes of this licence,
  86. 'private monetary compensation' does not include the exchange of the Information
  87. for other copyrighted works by means of digital file-sharing or otherwise
  88. provided there is no payment of any monetary compensation in connection with
  89. the exchange of the Information.
  90. 'Use' as a verb, means doing any act which is restricted by copyright or database
