Report PackProtocolExceptions to client during receive-pack
We have done this since forever with the "wanted old new ref" error,
so let's do it for other such errors thrown in the same block as well.

Throw InvalidObjectIdException from ObjectId.fromString("tooshort")
ObjectId.fromString already throws InvalidObjectIdException for most
malformed object ids, but for this kind it previously threw
IllegalArgumentException. Since InvalidObjectIdException is a child of
IllegalArgumentException, callers that catch IllegalArgumentException
will continue to work.

Avoid double-colon in InvalidObjectIdException description
The invalidId message in JGitText and the asAscii bad id both contain a
colon, so the resulting message would say
Invalid id: : a78987c98798ufa
Fix it by keeping the colon in the translated message and not adding
another colon programmatically.
Noticed by code inspection.

Allow setting detail message and cause when constructing most exceptions
In particular, this means a RepositoryResolver, UploadPackFactory, or
ReceivePackFactory can set a detail message for
ServiceNotAuthorizedException or ServiceNotEnabledException with
information for the client about why access is not allowed.

Better report too large pack-files from PushCommand
JGits PushCommand and BasePackPushConnection were throwing generic
TransportExceptions when the pushed pack-file was rejected by the server
since it was too big. Let JGit better interprete the server's response
to detect this situation and throw a more specific exception.
This detection works by parsing the status line sent by the server. This
change only recognizes the response sent by a JGit based server. All
other servers which report such problems in a different way still lead
to a generic TransportExceptions.

For some specific file, MyersDiff goes into an infinite loop[1]. Since
this problem is hard to reproduce and possibly harder to fix, this
change makes the MyersDiff interruptible so the diff can be aborted at
least when such infinite loop happens.

Possibility to limit the max pack size on receive-pack
The maxPackSizeLimit, when set, will reject a pack if it exceeds
that limit.
This feature is intended to provide a mechanism to control disk space
quota on Git repositories.

This came up while testing the proposed buck build for jgit. With buck
we can introduce smaller modules to allow for more concurrency during
build and to better control inner structure of jgit. Trying to put the
porcelain API into a different module than lower level implementation
classes failed since RebaseTodoLine used a porcelain API exception
causing a dependency cycle on the proposed modules. Using an exception
defined on the same abstraction level fixes this problem.

JGit 3.0: move internal classes into an internal subpackage
This breaks all existing callers once. Applications are not supposed
to build against the internal storage API unless they can accept API
churn and make necessary updates as versions change.

A few classes such as Constanrs are marked with @SuppressWarnings, as are
toString() methods with many liternal, but otherwise $NLS-n$ is used for
string containing text that should not be translated. A few literals may
fall into the gray zone, but mostly I've tried to only tag the obvious
ones.

ReceivePack (and PackParser) can be configured with the
maxObjectSizeLimit in order to prevent users from pushing too large
objects to Git. The limit check is applied to all object types
although it is most likely that a BLOB will exceed the limit. In all
cases the size of the object header is excluded from the object size
which is checked against the limit as this is the size of which a BLOB
object would take in the working tree when checked out as a file.
When an object exceeds the maxObjectSizeLimit the receive-pack will
abort immediately.
Delta objects (both offset and ref delta) are also checked against the
limit. However, for delta objects we will first check the size of the
inflated delta block against the maxObjectSizeLimit and abort
immediately if it exceeds the limit. In this case we even do not know
the exact size of the resolved delta object but we assume it will be
larger than the given maxObjectSizeLimit as delta is generally only
chosen if the delta can copy more data from the base object than the
delta needs to insert or needs to represent the copy ranges. Aborting
early, in this case, avoids unnecessary inflating of the (huge) delta
block.
Unfortunately, it is too expensive (especially for a large delta) to
compute SHA-1 of an object that causes the receive-pack to abort.
This would decrease the value of this feature whose main purpose is to
protect server resources from users pushing huge objects. Therefore
we don't report the SHA-1 in the error message.

Enable providing credentials for HTTP authentication
This change is based on http://egit.eclipse.org/r/#change,1652
by David Green. The change adds the concept of a CredentialsProvider
which can be registered for git transports and which is
responsible to return credential-related data like passwords and
usernames. Whenenver the transports detects that an authentication
with certain credentials has to be done it will ask the
CredentialsProvider for this data. Foreseen implementations for
such a Provider may be a EGitCredentialsProvider (caching
credential data entered e.g. in the Clone-Wizzard) or a NetRcProvider
(gathering data out of ~/.netrc file).

ReceivePack: Rethrow exceptions caught during indexing
If we get an exception while indexing the incoming pack, its likely
a stream corruption. We already report an error to the client, but
we eat the stack trace, which makes debugging issues related to a
bug inside of JGit nearly impossible. Rethrow it under a new type
UnpackException, so embedding servers or applications can catch the
error and provide it to a human who might be able to forward such
traces onto a JGit developer for evaluation.

Use 3 different types of LargeObjectException for the 3 major ways
that we can fail to load an object. For each of these use a unique
string translation which describes the root cause better than just
the ObjectId.name() does.

Implementation of a checkout (or 'git read-tree') operation which
works together with DirCache. This implementation does similar things
as WorkDirCheckout which main problem is that it works with deprecated
GitIndex. Since GitIndex doesn't support multiple stages of a file
which is required in merge situations this new implementation is
required to enable merge support.

If we are given a DiffEntry header that already has abbreviated
ObjectIds on it, we may still be able to resolve those locally and
output the difference. Try to do that through the new resolve API
on ObjectReader.

A chunk of code that throws LargeObjectException may or may not have
the specific ObjectId on hand when its thrown. If it does, we want
to cache it in the exception, and put that in the message. If it is
missing we want to be able to set it later from a higher level stack
frame that does have the object handy.

Blobs that are too large to read as a single byte array should be
accessed through an InputStream based interface instead, allowing
the application to walk through the data stream incrementally.
Define the basic interface to support streaming contents, but don't
implement it yet for the file based backend.

Using a custom exception type makes it easire for an application
developer to understand why an exception was thrown out of a method
we declare. To remain compatiable with existing callers, we still
extend off IllegalStateException.

Output of selected reuses is refactored to use a new ObjectReuseAsIs
interface that extends the ObjectReader. This interface allows the
reader to control how it performs the reuse into the output stream,
but also allows it to throw an exception to request the writer to
find a different candidate representation.
The PackFile reuse code was overhauled, cleaning up the APIs so they
aren't exposed in the object loader, but instead are now a single
method on the PackFile itself. The reuse algorithm was changed to do
a data verification pass, followed by the copy pass to the output.
This permits us to work around a corrupt object in a pack file by
seeking another copy of that object when this one is bad.
The reuse code was also optimized for the common case, where the
in-pack representation is under 16 KiB. In these smaller cases
data is sent to the pack writer more directly, avoiding some copying.

The strings are externalized into the root resource bundles.
The resource bundles are stored under the new "resources" source
folder to get proper maven build.
Strings from tests are, in general, not externalized. Only in
cases where it was necessary to make the test pass the strings
were externalized. This was typically necessary in cases where
e.getMessage() was used in assert and the exception message was
slightly changed due to reuse of the externalized strings.

Catch and report "ERR message" during remote advertisements
GitHub broke the native git protocol a while ago by interjecting an
"ERR message" line into the upload-pack or receive-pack advertisement
list. This didn't match the expected pattern, so it caused existing
C Git clients to abort with a protocol exception.
These days, C Git clients actually look for this message and abort
with a more graceful notice to the end-user. JGit should do the
same, including setting up a custom exception type that makes it
easier for higher-level UIs to identify a message from the remote
site and present it to the user.

The support for NLS relies on java.util API to load a standard
ResourceBundle and then uses java reflection API to inject localized
strings into public String fields of the corresponding instance
of TranslationBundle.
Locale setting is supported per thread to enable concurrent threads
to use different locales. This is useful when JGit runs in a server
context where (error) messages might need to differ per-request to
suit the user's preference.

This is a simple HTTP server that provides the minimum server side
support required for dumb (non-git aware) transport clients.
We produce the info/refs and objects/info/packs file on the fly
from the local repository state, but otherwise serve data as raw
files from the on-disk structure.
In the future we could better optimize the FileSender class and the
servlets that use it to take advantage of direct file to network
APIs in more advanced servlet containers like Jetty.
Our glue package borrows the idea of a micro embedded DSL from
Google Guice and uses it to configure a collection of Filters
and HttpServlets, all of which are matched against requests using
regular expressions. If a subgroup exists in the pattern, it is
extracted and used for the path info component of the request.
