Matthias Sohn	578225870a	Script to fix license headers and copyrights in Java sources The script merges explicit copyright statements in all Java sources with author information from git history, updates the copyright headers accordingly, and updates the license headers to EDL. For recognized copyright formats see the test data in tools/fix-headers.tst. To fix headers only in the current working directory: ./tools/fix-headers.pl To fix the headers for all revisions (don't do this if you don't understand the implications of rewriting history) run: ./tools/rewrite-history.sh Authors are mapped to employer copyright statements through a hardcoded table in the top of the script. This is a crude but simple way to list date ranges under which certain changes need to be attributed to copyright holders other than the author. Shawn O. Pearce	dad52baae8	Refactor our Maven build to be modular Drop our simple and stupid jgit.sh and instead rely upon Maven for the command line based build. Maven is relatively simple to download and install, and doesn't require the entire Eclipse IDE. To avoid too much refactoring of the current code we reuse the existing src/ directory within each plugin, and treat each of the existing OSGI bundles as one Maven artifact. The command line wrapper jgit.sh no longer works in the uncompiled state, as we don't know where to obtain our JSch or args4j from. Developers will now need to compile it with `mvn package`, or run our Main class from within an IDE which has the proper classpath.
