Matthias Sohn b4e5ae3b34 Update Orbit to S20191025144108 and Ant to 1.10.7.v20190926-0324 This is the Orbit version for 2019-12 M2. We tried earlier to update to Ant 1.10.7 but had to revert this since there were issues with the previous artefact version in Orbit. See platform bug 550793 for the list of changes since 1.10.6.
