Daniel Calviño Sánchez	7ad1b150ab	Remove extra margin from warning messages in authenticate page In the public share authentication page the form elements appear inside a container that uses the "warning" CSS class. When the given password is wrong a warning message is shown inside that container; this message uses the "warning" CSS class too, so the top margin set for ".warning" elements need to be removed in that case. Daniel Calviño Sánchez	e062057cf6	Override server SCSS rules for confirm button in guest pages As the server defines some SCSS rules using "XXX + .icon-confirm" the selector is more specific than just "input" used in "guest.css", so the server SCSS rules took precedence over the guest CSS rules. Now a more specific selector was added to the guest and public share auth rules; as the guest and public share auth rules are loaded after the server ones now the guest rules for input elements take precedence over the server ones.
