This removes the POILogger and POILogFactory mechanism for logging. This mechanism was created at a time when the Java landscape looked very different than it does today.
Log4j 2 is an Apache Foundation project that is well maintained and is widely regarded as having good performance and capabilities. We use only the Log4j API artifact. This lets application developers choose how they want to capture logging events if at all. Integrations with Log4j 2 Core and Logback are available from the Log4j project.

records.UnicodeString isn't actually a Record, just a common part that exists in many other records. As such, move it to records.common, which is where all the other record components live
Applying the copy2license.pl script (with tiny modification to allow for more whitespace than it expects in the POI header) to all files. ant jar succeeds, and the svn diff has been verified by eye. Still more files to do, this is the first pass.
1) Full implementation of UnicodeStrings
2) exposure of RichText strings to the usermodel
3) Modification to SSTRecord to support duplicates. Fixes a few bugs
4) RecordInputStream *smart* ?? handeling of continue records!
Phew This took 6 months on and off to put together. Just happy to commit somethig
Report any problems!

Fixed ExtSST serialization (length not calculated correctly)
Implemented DBCellRecord and IndexRecord serialization
Can now import into MS Access. Cool! Both of the above fixes were required to make this work.

A fix for the bug that remained uncaught because I didn't write a testcase that I should have - once again proving to myself that test cases are wonderful things and that I skimp on doing them way too often.
