- use classpath-build for Java 8, otherwise use modulepath
- save module-info classes to source, when using Java 9+ environment
- rename example packages - otherwise package clashes occured in the tests
- move agile encryption from ooxml to main.
remove EncryptionInfo XmlBeans and schema and use custom xml marshalling
- move ooxml test classes which reside in the same package as their tested main class
- rename base test classes to "BaseTest..." - temporarily I've used a light version of the main test classes to test scratchpad / ooxml
- build.xml - fixed the Rhino javascript errors of the dependency-macros
- DrawTextParagraph - fixed StringIndexOutOfBounds when logging set to debug level
- use JigSaw provider interface (= Java ServiceLoader), i.e. it wasn't possible (without openening everything), to access ooxml factory classes from main factory stub

Bug 62828: CellReference(Cell) now initializes sheet name.
Changed CellReference to CellAddress in XSSFHyperlink because it is what it should return.
Updated all relevant tests, added a test for CellReference(Cell).

Bug 61882 - Some paths can create an XSSFColor instance with a null CTColor reference
Protect against this in the future by introducing a factory method to create XSSFColor instances from a CTColor instance and the associated workbook style indexed color map.
If the CTColor instance is null, the factory returns null. All callers already are prepared for a null instance, but many had their own null check on the CTColor object. This centralizes that.
This also further forces the requirement for the indexed color map. Any time a color is created, the workbook or styleTable is available in the same context, so passing this is extra parameter is trivial and allows XSSFColor to properly reference custom/themed indexed colors.
Did not remove any methods yet, only deprecated them. Changed the signature to one internal test-only constructor.

Bug 60898 - XSSFColor's getARGB() method returns a wrong color value when a workbook has a custom indexed color
teach XSSFColor and most things that create instances about indexed colors.
Null is a valid value for IndexedColorMap instances - the existing built-in default colors are used.
Whenever a workbook style is accessible in the call hierarchy its color mappings are passed down now.
Thanks for the unit test in the issue, it now passes.

restore r1739550 and r1739552 (by reverting r1739580). Exclude BaseTestXWorkbook, BaseTestXSheet, BaseTestXRow, and BaseTestXCell from the OOXML-Lite target
revert r1739548 and r1739550. I could not figure out how to add BaseTestXWorkbook|Sheet|Row.java without causing junit to complain about 'Test class should have exactly one public constructor'
bug 58885: performance regression on XSSFSheet.addMergedRegion(CellRangeAddress). Add an unsafe version of addMergedRegion that doesn't check for overlapping merged regions
