Changed the length of 'language' column in users table from 2 to 5, to allow long language codes like pt-br. Updated portuguese translation (Arthur Zapparoli). Current pt translation moved to pt-br. git-svn-id: http://redmine.rubyforge.org/svn/trunk@518 e93f8b46-1217-0410-a6f0-8f06a7374b81
