Don't build xserver with -I$(includedir) as it breaks cross-compiling
This is where to install headers to, not where to find headers to
build against. Toolchains should know where to locate their system
headers while non-system headers should be found using
pkg-config. Users with bizarre setups where the toolchain really
cannot find the system headers should set CPPFLAGS.
Move computeScreenLayout/setScreenLayout to unixcommon lib
These two code blocks are not specific to Xvnc/vnc.so, but useful for
x0vncserver as well. RandrGlue.h defines the interface on which
unixcommon depends on.
Handle the clipboard directly in the server, avoiding the
dependency on vncconfig. This commit adds support for clipboard
from the client to the server. Handling of the other direction
will follow.
Fixes for build issues caused by recent restructuring
* Add typedef for XF86OptionPtr for Xorg < 112
* Include stddef.h to prevent missing size_t definition errors
* Workaround for libtool convenience library issue
Restructure Xvnc/libvnc.so code to avoid C++ header hacks
The internal Xorg headers are very incompatible with C++ and we've had
to resort to all kinds of hacks in order to include them in our C++
code. This approach isn't really viable long term so restructure things
so that we have a glue layer written in C that bridges the Xorg core
with the RFB classes.
Major rewrite of the keyboard code. The old code was too focused on
the old core X11 keyboards. The new code has an abstract common section,
and two different backends for core and XKB. Core keyboards should be
unaffected, but XKB support should be much better with this approach.

The reformatting of all the Xserver sources in the 1.12.1 release changed
the headers so now some of them have multiple instances of the C++ "and"
and "xor" keywords on the same line, so the hack to sanitize them needs
to use the sed "g" flag to replace all instances, not just the first.
Otherwise, the build fails with strange errors such as:

"fb.h", line 817: Error: dst is not defined.
"fb.h", line 818: Error: Unexpected type name "FbStride" encountered.
"fb.h", line 818: Error: dstStride is not defined.

We can't assume that Pixman is under ${includedir}, because ${includedir} depends on the install prefix. Fortunately, XSERVERLIBS_CFLAGS should contain the correct include directory for Pixman, so we can use this variable directly or parse it for the include directory.
Clean up the way build-xorg handles GnuTLS. It should now work the same way as configure, allowing GNU_CFLAGS and GNU_LDFLAGS to be overridden on the command line.
Use include files from the includedir variable as well,
to support the use of the --includedir configure argument.
