Implements support in both client and server for the extended
clipboard format first seen in UltraVNC. Currently only implements
text handling, but that is still an improvement as it extends the
clipboard from ISO 8859-1 to full Unicode.

Avoid having the callers need to know about the different variants
of these functions and instead have the writer pick the most appropriate
extension.

Better to check the actual list of supported encodings directly.
Makes parts more readable, and no risk of getting out of sync.

Now that we've split out server state to ServerParams, ConnParams
only contains state for a client. Rename the class and variables
to reflect this.

Avoid direct access to the screen dimensions and layout so that we
can make sure it stays sane. This also makes sure the layout is
properly updated when we only get the screen dimensions from the
server.

That object is just a container for the current state. Move the I/O
to the classes already doing such stuff.

The previous code would incorrectly also add support for QEMU
key events if LED state was supported.

This adds the basic infrastructure and handshake for the QEMU
Extended Key Events extension. No viewer or server makes use of
the extra functionality yet though.

This will allow us to use better formats that preserve the entire
alpha channel.

Having it in ConnParams made the linker pull all the encoder objects
into vncviewer, making it larger than necessary and giving it extra
parameters in its help output that weren't relevant.

This allows us to apply a lot more server logic
independently of which encoder is in use.

Most of this class are things moved over from the
Tight encoder.

Like we do for everything else. This also gets rid
of the callback, which is a bit out of place
compared to everything else.

Custom compression level and JPEG on/off are not inherent parts of
the protocol negotiation so they do not belong in ConnParams. Let the
UI frontend handle such things instead.

(bandwidth is often the limiting factor, rather than CPU). Further increases
give little returns, so 2 is currently deemed the best tradeoff.

encoding in the RFB protocol has always been signed, and signed values
are also used in the specification (ie DesktopName = -307 etc). In the
code, however, unsigned types were used in a number of places, but not
all, which causes warnings. This patch fixes the problem by switching
to signed values everywhere.
