Use __attribute__:s directly
These are supported by gcc and clang, and I don't think MSVC works well
with our code anyway, so let's keep things simple and use these
directly.

Deduplicate vncviewer error messages
vncviewer previously had a the same localized error message duplicated
on a bunch of places. Pull these duplicates out into a single function.

Terminate the viewer even when waiting for data
It should be possible to exit the viewer even if the network has
stalled in the middle of a transfer.

Destroy the main UI and connection objects before popping up the fatal error
message. This avoids a lot of problems with recursion and trying to send
events over a dead socket.

- moved Xvnc sources to unix/xserver/hw/vnc directory to affect current X tree
- replaced unix/xc.patch by unix/xserver.patch
- completely deleted unneded unix/xc subtree (sources are in unix/xserver/hw/vnc)
