Fixed an NPE while changing a DateField from 24 to 12h clock (#13722)
A client-side NullPointerException was fixed by not reusing
the existing VTime panel and always recreating it instead.
Otherwise the ListBox for switching between AM/PM might have
been null.

Changed implementations and APIs to use the non-deprecated Element class
wherever possible without breaking backwards compatibility.
* Methods defined in interfaces have not been touched.
* Return types have only been changed methods that should have no
existing third party callers (i.e. private, internal or @since 7.2)
* For methods that third party code might have overridden, the method
has been deprecated in favor of a new method that just delegates to the
old method.
* For methods that can't reasonably be overridden by third party code
(i.e. private, final, static, internal or @since 7.2), the parameter
type has been changed without retaining the old method.

Use FQN instead of import for the bad Element class (#13287)
This is the first step towards eliminating usage of the class. Reasoning
about upcoming steps will be easier when it's clear which class
"Element" refers to.

Change copying of Date values to avoid wrapping of date (#13269)
The error occurs only when current day is in the end of the month and
the textfield has no value when choosing months in the CalendarPanel.
This can not be sensibly tested by automated tests as it would require
setting the server time to a date that would trigger the problem (for
example 30.1). The error does not occur if the value is set before
setting the resolution (by the user or programmatically).

Moved each component to its own package on client side
Class loaders have problems with referring to static inner classes (e.g.
state classes) when they cannot load the declaring class. To deal with
this the components have been moved to their own packages and state/rpc
classes will be defined in their own Java files.
#6718 Extend PopupDateField range - allow selection of the last days of the
preceding month and the first days of the following month without switching
to that month
Changes:
- Internally use Date objects instead of day-of-month integers to track the
selected and focused date
- Keep track of the currently displayed month separately from the currently
focused date
- New CSS class for off-month dates: .v-datefield-calendarpanel-day-offmonth
- Off-month days map to negative or past-the-end-of-month integer ids in
getSubPart functions
- The popup now always shows exactly 6 weeks, so that depending on the month,
1 to 7 days of the preceding month and 4 to 13 days of the following month
are shown
