* Fix partial state change handling of JavaScript components
In ace0e324b6 (Use diffstate for JS connectors)
partial state change handling for JavaScript components was introduced, but the
setNativeState method in JavaScriptConnectorHelper was not adjusted.
By removing the cleanup code from the updateNativeState method it can
be ensured that the non-changed properties are still present on the state object.
* Add test for preserving untouched JS state fields
Support loading of HTML imports using @HtmlImport (#8301)
Note that not all browsers yet support HTML imports. If a polyfill
is needed to load HTML imports, it must be loaded before HTML Imports
can be loaded. There is no automatic loading of any polyfills.
All components are now in immediate mode by default.
V7 compatibility components will use AbstractLegacyComponent that has immediate.
V7 ColorPickerPopup will not have setImmediate, since it extends V8 Window,
which is not in V7 compatibility packages.
Removed OutOfSync and ResynchronizeAfterAsyncRemoval Tests,
since those tested UI in not immediate mode, which is invalid now.
Removed WindowResizeListener, LazyWindowResize, test UIs,
since both used immediate and there were no test run for either.

LegacyApplication explicitly uses "reindeer" as default theme.
Extended AbstractTestUI to AbstractReindeerTestUI, that all old tests now inherit.
All new tests should be based on AbstractTestUI.
Also added AbstractReindeerTestUIWithLog for those that needed it.
Removed all found @Theme("valo") and used proper parent test class.
