Add scr component to help registering VaadinServlet configurations
This component will detect VaadinServlet configurations, add the static
resource configuration property and then register a servlet using the
HttpWhiteboard specification.
This works with pax-jetty but not pax-http-tomcat. Partly covers #7173
The use of the module in the test project was removed earlier, and
eliminating the module permits simpler and more reliable builds as
it was not deployed.
The classes that were in uitest-common are now in uitest.
Jetty 9.3 and 9.4 sometimes reset the connection too early in case of
errors, which leads to failing tests (UIInitExceptionTest,
AppResource404Test).

Add a maven plugin for formatting according to Eclipse settings
Running formatter:format will format all files in a submodule using an
embedded Eclipse compiler (based on Neon SR1)
according to the regular formatting settings file.
Include Framework Element API for TestBench in the project (#8014)
This makes it possible to use the latest Element classes in the
framework tests and to simplify the build process.
The license for the included element classes are changed to Apache2

Removes feature for adding new items.
Introduces a AbstractMultiSelect-abstraction layer,
which is used in server side by TwinColSelect & CheckBoxGroup and
on client side only TwinColSelect for now. Plan is to use it for
ListSelect too.
Further improvement would be to make AbstractMultiSelect use
SelectionModel that extends AbstractSelectionModel and is thus used
as an extension both as client & server side.
Updates to JUnit 4.12 for easier use of @Parameterized test..
