Type Listing for DataProvider to allow custom filter types
Listing has been moved from AbstractListing to each individual Component.
ComboBox is now typed to String filter.
Fixes issues with declarative read of items.

Extracts grid single selection into separate class, which
is an extension like in V7. Using an extension makes it
possible to easily add multiselect and no-select modes back,
and support custom selection models.
Adds Grid:asSingleSelect() SingleSelect so that grid can be
used as a Select in a binder.
Removes all remaining references to SelectionModels in Listings.
Renames SingleSelectionChangeEvent to SingleSelectionEvent, because
then it is unified with selection listener and MultiSelectionEvent.

This patch updates server side add*Listener methods to return
a registration object and deprecates their corresponding
remove*Listener methods.
Additionally this patch removes add/removeListener methods which were
deprecated in 7.0.

ComboBoxState now inherits AbstractSingleSelectState, but still
effectively communicates its selection via RPC.

Update ComboBox for new DataSource and communication mechanism
This simplifies the client side state machine.

This is an intermediate step towards a different approach
to sending items from server to client.
An unused null selection item attribute was removed, as the
information is currently communicated outside the item.

All client to server communication of ComboBox is now done
with RPC.
There is still an empty changeVariables() methods to
override the default behavior in AbstractSelect.

Send focus and blur events using RPC instead of in UIDL.
This change does not use ConnectorFocusAndBlurHandler to preserve
old timings.

Added API setPopupWidth(String) to ComboBox. The suggestion pop-up now
has three different width modes:
1. Legacy "null"-mode: width is determined by the longest item
caption for each page. This looks & feels like the old implementation.
This is the default mode
2. Relative to the ComboBox. e.g. 100%
3. fixed width using any CSS definition

Selection is now shown although scrollToSelectedItem is false (#16673)
If scrollToSelectedItem is set to false (which is needed to work
properly with
large datasets) the selected item caption is sent to client with a
special
attribute to avoid the field looking like unselected.
