Valo uses only a handful of icons from Font Awesome. This change
introduces a separate icon font for valo (9KB instead of 80KB) and
decouples Valo from Font Awesome to enable updating Font Awesome
without taking Valo into account.

This change also makes it easy to not load Font Awesome when using Valo
by setting $v-font-awesome:false

For backwards compatibility, Font Awesome is loaded by default

valo-component-group mixin doesn’t have any parameters. Ruby compiler
produces an error, but Java compiler works anyway (#14479).

Missing semicolon after a line before @include produces an error with
the Ruby compiler, but passes compilation with the Java compiler
(#14480).

Re-enable for labels, captions, tables and text inputs.

Removed all unnecessary user-select: none; declarations since the top
level declaration will affect the whole dom tree.

Moved notification and valo-menu styles to the components folder as
well, and added them to the $v-included-components list.

Additional styles are now also controlled with a list variable, which
lists all components whose additional styles should be included in the
build.

Fix TreeTable treespacer style so that it works correctly with row
captions/icons.

Top level background-color variable, which is then specialized by
different components in the theme.

Mass search-and-replace, tested that the theme works as expected.

Added a new test UI class for the Valo theme.

Updated .gitignore to ignore .sass-cache (command line Sass creates a
cache folder when watching for changes)
