Fixing RadioButtonGroup exception in Window (#11181)
* discardStaleCacheEntries is moved to a proper place before updating indexToRowMap and keyToIndexMap maps. In its previous place, it cleared the data that was just put in the maps.

Reset HierarchicalDataCommunicator on changes (#9275)
Reset HDC when encountering unexpected changes in the data.
Additionally this patch fixes an issue with client and server caches
getting out of sync during resets.
Improve expand and collapse of items in TreeGrid (#9159)
Fixes a race condition when expanding multiple items.
Only one expand or collapse request should be sent from
the client before waiting for a response, otherwise the
indexing in subsequent requests will be incorrect.
Adds API to collapse and expand multiple items from the
server, reducing the amount of round trips with multiple
item expands and collapses.
HierarchyMapper now correctly keeps expanded nodes expanded
if their parent is collapsed.
Still missing following things coming in next patches:
- select all checkbox
- firing an event when data provider is changed in grid
- read only selection models for grid

Extracts grid single selection into separate class, which
is an extension like in V7. Using an extension makes it
possible to easily add multiselect and no-select modes back,
and support custom selection models.
Adds Grid:asSingleSelect() SingleSelect so that grid can be
used as a Select in a binder.
Removes all remaining references to SelectionModels in Listings.
Renames SingleSelectionChangeEvent to SingleSelectionEvent, because
then it is unified with selection listener and MultiSelectionEvent.
