Rename OSGi classes for Java naming conventions (#9320)
- Rename OSGi to Osgi in class names.
- Rename VaadinOSGiPortlet to OSGiVaadinPortlet for consistency with
Spring, CDI etc. add-ons
- Add missing javadoc
