Add compatibility layouts with old defaults. (#7967)
* Add compatibility layouts with old defaults.
Add compatibility versions of HorizontalLayout and VerticalLayout
without margins or spacing for ease of migration.
Fixes vaadin/framework8-issues#560
* Deprecate compatibility layouts
