Merge pull request #1562 from 153957/patch-1

Ignore files created by `\tikzexternalize`

When using TikZ & PGF with:
\usepackage{tikz} \usetikzlibrary{external} \tikzexternalize
It creates .dpth and .md5 files for the externalized tikzpictures.
