At the moment it supports only the write and print commands, and it is
subject to change (e.g. maybe paths are not handled correctly).
Example of usage, from the JGit directory:
$ bazel run //org.eclipse.jgit.pgm:jgit -- multi-pack-index \
print --midx $(pwd)/.git/objects/pack/multi-pack-index
or
$ bazel run //org.eclipse.jgit.pgm:jgit -- multi-pack-index \
write --midx ~/example.midx
