Use ServiceLoader to define the default SSH session factory.
Use ServiceLoader and define
org.eclipse.jgit.transport.DefaultSshSessionFactory in
META-INF/services/org.eclipse.jgit.transport.SshSessionFactory so that
the legacy behavior is still the same.
