For files with the APPE marker, digs a little deeper to try to determine whether it is really a Photoshop file, thus avoiding false positives that resulted in incorrect color inversion.

Fix for bug #5674 (High memory usage in PS interpreter, FOP
procs were started for every page but not ended after the page)
Proc begins moved to end of Setup, so they only get executed once.

Fix NoSuchMethodError when FOP is compiled under JDK1.4 but run under JDK1.3.
Reason: StringBuffer.append(StringBuffer) has been added with JDK1.4.
