Generate type data for AbstractRendererConnector.createRenderer (#13334)
The declared return type of the most-derived getRenderer method is stored
to make the default createRenderer implementation work. This is identical
to the way AbstractComponentConnector getWidget and createWidget work.

Return a value on __gwtStatsEvent in Profiler (#11709)
Calling GWT RPC throw an exception when __gwtStatsEvent doesn't return
a boolean. This was in the Profiler.ensureNoLogger where the function
assigned was empty.

Change row data type from String[] to String (#13334)
Instead of having the data type as one-string-per-column, we now have the entire
row encoded as JSON

The following things are refactored in this changeset:
* Cell interface removed
* CellInfo -> Cell
* Renderer interface becomes a single method interface
* All other methods moved from Renderer to new ComplexRenderer interface

The fix to #9379 broke the support for long type fields in state classes. This
patch bypasses the unboxing of long values and adds the @UnsafeNativeLong annotation
to the methods which may fetch and return (without modifying) long values.
SerializerTest is extended to test the different data types in States.

Hide visual debugging from BasicEscalator by default (#13334)
Because this debugging info can reveal things that might vary a bit
on small internal modifications in Escalator, I've decided to
hide this information instead. The performance effects are negligible.
All the old goodies can be reintroduced by adding a "pretty" GET
parameter, if you so wish.
Also, converted a (faulty) TB2 test into TB3.

Ignore type parameters when looking for metadata (#12873, #12900)
All code populating the TypeDataStore is generated using
writeClassLiteral which strips away all type parameters, so the code
doing lookups should also do the same to maintain compatibility.

Add support for changing the default row height in escalator (#12645)
Since this is quite the change, I've taken the opportunity to rewrite smaller
adjoining pieces to make more sense. Move methods from classes, and so on.
These changes are, however, only on the code level, no other functionality will
be introduced by this patch.

Add support for using java.util.Date in communications (#13073)
This adds support for using separate serializer classes on the
server side, similarly to on the client side. Still it is not
public API yet as you do not have the possibility to add your
own serializers to the map used by JsonCodec.

Because of performance fixes to the handling of @DelegateToWidget
handling, the order in which property changes are delegated are no
longer deterministic. This patch fixes a bug in the test which caused
the update to value4 to be ignored if that was the last property to get
delegated.
