Resolved compilation (safe one), Checkstyle and many Javadoc warnings.

Changes to patch:
- Restored the deprecated Graphics2DAdapter method (to be removed after Barcode4J 2.1 is released).
- Restored Renderer.startPageSequence(LineArea) pending discussion about removal.
- build.xml: set max VM to 1024MB instead of 2048MB to allow for 32-bit JVMs.
- build.xml: restored longer taskdef names.
- Restored Checkstyle 4 file for people running older IDEs.

documents such as multi-page TIFF images to be inserted as peers to a page-sequence. Each image will make up an entire page. See the documentation for details. ATM, only single pages are possible. Multi-page images will be supported with the new image package.
Some preparations for page-position="only" but the implementation is incomplete and "only" has no effect, yet. (Just uploaded some stuff I once started)
Some javadoc cleanups.
