	implementation classes smaller, better allows to isolate the painting parts and helps with formats that generate one object per page (SVG, PNG etc.). Added ImageHandlerFactory to FopFactory. Started TIFF output in order to develop the Java2DPainter that will be needed for certain tasks when generating PCL.
