This reverts commit a9cb97037e.
We shouldn't automatically update the .po files as they are
controlled by the translation project.

These are not complete as they are from Cendio's modified version
of TigerVNC, but it still covers most of the translation.

its included in the meta info below. TigerVNC Team copyright should be
sufficient.
